Booking requests and confirmation

Sand Tours Maroc organises private transfer and excursion requests. Sending a form is a request for a quotation: it does not confirm availability, create a confirmed booking or charge a payment. Our team checks the journey and sends the price and arrangements for your agreement.

Prices and payment

Catalogue prices are displayed per vehicle, not per passenger. The final quotation specifies the journey, suitable vehicle, passengers, luggage and any additional services or charges. Payment methods, any deposit, payment deadlines and cancellation conditions are communicated before you agree to a confirmed booking. The website currently takes no online payments.

Journey information and pickup

Please provide accurate pickup and destination addresses, dates, local pickup times, passenger numbers and luggage details. For an airport pickup, include your flight number. Tell us about child seats, surfboards, oversized luggage, extra stops, return travel and accessibility needs before confirmation so we can check suitability and availability. Vehicle illustrations show branding concepts; the actual vehicle and capacity are confirmed by the team.

Changes, cancellations and delays

Contact the team promptly if your plans or flight change, or if you need to cancel. Changes depend on availability. Any applicable cancellation fees, waiting time allowance, additional waiting charges and refund conditions must be stated in your individual booking confirmation before acceptance. This page does not promise free cancellation, automatic flight tracking or a particular refund amount.
